I came to this work through my own body — through places where words didn’t reach and movement did. What I offer isn’t therapy or performance. It’s a quiet, attentive conversation between my hands and your nervous system.
I trained in Thai massage in Chiang Mai, studied health kinesiology, somatic tantra, and completed formal training in Somatic Sexological Bodywork (CSB). I draw on Family Constellations, polyvagal theory, and whatever your body is actually showing me in the room.
